The weaving preparatory is equipped with modern sectional warping machine enabling the creation of intricate colour patterns. Automatic electronic ends breakage stop motion systems ensure there are no loose ends.

The weaving unit has a production capability of about 40 million meters p.a. The machines are of rapier and Projectile technology and are renowned for yarn dyed fabric production. The width of the machines varies from 190 cm to 360 cm, enabling the production of fabrics from 46” to 134” width. The machines have electronic dobby installed and with up to 18 shafts, they have the capacity to take 4 to 8 colours in the weft there by facilitating the company to produce a variety of colour range.
