Sabare is equipped with 1000 sewing machines which can deliver a variety of sewing techniques. The machines are fitted with special features like “automatic job feed’ and “stitch control” for efficient process.

The sewing division boasts of machineries which are the first of their kind in India. Imported from Europe, the sewing automat is equipped with technology that ensures cleaner, crisper sheets. With an output of 350 pieces per hour, the TEXPA can sew in the flat sheet automatically. The microprocessor controls ensure that defects are instantly detected. The RIMAC, with an output of 340 pieces per hour can automatically sew elastic onto the sheet.
